Thus, neither can use the others' networks. Also, thanks to the FCC, T-Mobile uses a different frequency of 3G than AT&T, who also uses a different frequency than the rest of the world. The Euro version has 3G, just not usable in the U.S., which is where Antoine is based, as well as myself.

In fact it's the USA who's lagging in 3g coverage.
