I never missed this feature - only missed decent spelling control.

In addition, the Predictive Text feature really is no good if you write messages in several languages or if you're mixing expressions from languages in a single text.

It will for instance make English language words of your intended to be non-English message.

Needs some more thought. That's always been a drawback of Nokia phones, though. Dating back from t9 Nokia was never able to make a phone which works well for people with varying language requirements.

On mainland Europe, that can be quite a big deal.

I agree with the last poster about wanting this functionality on the E61 however my suggestion was shot down in flames by some on other boards. I couldn't understand why. Predictive words saves so much time.

I only received my E71 yesterday so no time to know if it's the wonder feature I hoped.

hum, when i had the e61 i really wanted this feature, now i have the e71 ive barely used it...

I find typing is much faster on these qwerty keyboards than a normal nokia.

Only thing i would like would be a spell checker!
