With the Nokia E71’s 2.4″ QVGA display set in landscape mode, it’s important to find themes that look good. The funky new icons that are the default on the E71 make this a daunting task, since they don’t necessarily match with every theme. Not to worry, I took the afternoon off to go theme hunting for those lucky few who already have their devices.
I picked out four themes that I think you’ll like, and that should look awesome on the E71’s landscape display. I tested the themes on the E66, and confirm that the look good. Without further ado, here’s the themes:
The first is Abstract6, from Phil The WebSurfer. You can check out his whole collection here.
Next up is a personal favorite, called Mask, and again from our friend Phil The WebSurfer. *Note that to install Mask, you’ll need to set your phone’s clock back to anytime in 2007. Once the theme is installed you can set your clock back to the correct date.*
Another blue theme, Blue Oil by Taieb. You can check out his other themes at TaiebThemes.com, as well.
Last but certainly not least is one that I found over at Symbian-Guru.com, called Relax by a themer named Travis.
